What types of courses do you offer?
We currently offer professional beauty training such as teeth whitening, tooth gem application, lash artistry, spray tanning, and business growth courses. Courses are available online or in-person, with both 1:1 and group workshop options.
How do I know if a course is online or in person?
Each course listing clearly states whether it’s online (self-paced) or in person (at a set location and date). The description will also include full details, requirements, and what’s included.
Will I get support after the course?
Absolutely. We offer ongoing support even after you've completed the course. You’ll also be invited into our student community for extra guidance and encouragement.
How long do I have access to the online course?
You’ll get lifetime access to the course materials so you can revisit lessons, updates, and bonus content anytime you like.
What’s included in the course?
Each course includes detailed training modules, hands-on demonstrations, insider tips, marketing strategies, and a complete starter kit with everything you need to get going.
Do I need any prior experience to enrol?

Can I offer this treatment straight after completing the course?
Yes. As long as you complete the course requirements, you’ll receive your certificate and be ready to start offering the treatment immediately.
Do I need a model for training?
If you're attending in person, you can bring your own. For online training, we guide you through model practice with full support.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes! We offer flexible payment options and After pay/Zip pay and a payment plan.
Products
What kind of products do you sell?
We sell retail beauty products such as whitening kits, toothbrushes, and beauty diaries, plus professional and wholesale items like treatment supplies and equipment.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
For retail purchases, we accept returns of unused, unopened items within 14 days (see our Return & Refund Policy). Wholesale items are final sale due to hygiene regulations.
