  • Online Courses: Access is granted immediately after purchase. Sharing, reselling, or distributing course content is strictly prohibited.
  • In-Person Training: Requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your place. Balance must be paid by the date specified at booking.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule training if necessary (e.g., illness, venue changes, unforeseen events).
  • Course outcomes vary based on individual skill, effort, and practice. Completion does not guarantee employment or income.

3. Wholesale Purchases

  • Wholesale pricing is available only to approved accounts who meet our eligibility requirements.
  • Orders must meet our stated minimum order quantity (MOQ).
  • All wholesale sales are final — due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns unless items are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • Wholesale products must be used in accordance with product instructions and applicable laws in your location.

4. Retail Product Sales

  • Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations may occur.
  • Always follow the product instructions carefully. We are not responsible for misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.

  • For in-person training, payment plans may be offered at our discretion.
