Return & Refund Policy – Beauty School Academy

We want you to love your experience with Beauty School Academy. This policy outlines our return and refund terms for courses, wholesale orders, and retail purchases.

1. Online Courses & Digital Products

  • All online course purchases are final.
  • Once you receive access to course materials (including videos, downloads, and resources), we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or credit.
  • If you have technical issues accessing your course, please contact us at bsa@beautyschoolacademy.com.au so we can help you resolve them.
  • Third-party courses: If the course is offered by another educator or brand through our platform, their refund and cancellation policy will apply. Please check the course page for details before purchase.

2. In-Person Training

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
  • The balance is due by the date specified at booking.
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled training date may be rescheduled once at no extra charge.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of your training date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale orders are final sale — no returns or refunds for change of mind.
  • Due to hygiene regulations, such as whitening and gem products- we cannot accept returns on any wholesale items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery, with photos provided, so we can arrange a replacement.
  • To purchase wholesale, you must meet our minimum order and eligibility requirements.
  • Third-party courses: If the course is offered by another educator or brand through our platform, their refund and cancellation policy will apply. Please check the course page for details before purchase.

4. Retail Products

  • We accept returns on unused, unopened retail items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit (excluding shipping fees).
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for opened, used, or clearance items.
  • Faulty products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • Third-party retail products: If purchased from another brand via our platform, returns must be arranged directly with that seller according to their policy.

5. How to Request a Return

To start a return or report a damaged item, email bsa@beautyschoolacademy.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Item details
  • Photos of the product/packaging (if damaged)

We will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.

Note: This policy applies to purchases made directly from Beauty School Academy. If you purchased from an authorised distributor or a third-party seller via our platform, please refer to their return and refund policy.
